We will no longer accept prescription orders over the phone.
Prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

• NHS App: Download the NHS App and order your prescriptions securely.
• MOL Order Line: Use the Derbyshire Medicines Order Line.
• Online: Order prescriptions online through our website.
• In Written Form: You can also order prescriptions in person at the surgery during our opening hours.

Derbyshire Medicines Order Line (MOL)

Visit the Derbyshire Medicines Order Line (MOL) to order your medication:

• Order when you are down to your last 7 days worth of tablets. If you submit a request before your medication is due to be ordered, then your request may be declined.
• If you are going on holiday, these can be ordered at the Doctors discretion by contacting the surgery direct and providing holiday dates.
